武连仲临床应用“窜、动、抽”针感经验

Professor Wu Lianzhong's Experience in Appling the Acupuncture Sensation of "fleeing,moving and twitching"

武连仲教授潜心研究针灸经典,注重总结临床经验,熟谙经典,融汇古今,贯通中西,将"酸、麻、重、胀"四种经典针感丰富为十四种,即:酸、麻、重、胀、痛、凉、热、窜、动、抽。在临床实践中,尤以"窜、动、抽"针感最为有效。窜动抽针感的作用体现在:通经导气,可以疏通肢体局部三阴三阳经经气;通导神气,即引导神的气机到肢体局部。武连仲教授使用"窜、动、抽"针感时强调辨证论治。此外,武连仲教授结合现代神经解剖学知识,认识到具有"窜、动、抽"特点的穴位,大多为神经所过之处,利用腧穴的这种特性治疗多种神经肌肉疾病,效如桴鼓。不论哪种针感的出现,都是得气的表现,如凉感对应清泻,热感对应温补,窜感对应行散,抽感对应紧缩,凉感产生清泻作用,热感产生温补作用,窜感产生行散作用,抽感有紧缩作用,大大丰富了针感的内涵。

Professor Wu Lianzhong eoncentrates on the study of aeupuncture classics,pays attention to summarize tile clinical ex- perience,read in the classics,integrates the ancient with modern medieine anti connect Chinese medicine with western medicine. He enriches the 4 classical sensations of ＂ sourness, numbness, heaviness and distension＂ to 14 kinds,namely sourness, numbness, heaviness, distension, pain, coldness, heat, fleeing,moving and twiching. In clinical practice,the sensations of ＂ fleeing, mov- ing,twitching＂ are most effective. The actions of these three sensations reflect in：dredging meridians and guiding qi, which can disperse tire qi of the three yin and three yang meridians ;guiding vitality qi to the local limbs. Professor Wu emphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment during the application of the sensations of ＂ fleeing, moving, twitehing＂. In addition ,combined with modern neuroanatomy he has fonnd the aeupoints with characteristics of ＂fleeing, moving,twitching＂ , most of the acupoints are the area where nerves go through. Tire effects of the application of these acupoint features are excellent. Each of the t4 sensations indi- cates arrival of qi,for instance,cool sensation con＇esponding to clearing and purging and generating clearing and purging action, heat sensation corresponding to warming anti tonifying and generating warming and tonifying action, fleeing sensation corresponding to dispersing and generating dispersing action,twitching sensation corresponding to eontracting and generating contraeting action, which greally enriches the connotation of acupuncture seusation.
