甘酸缓急组方对肝阳上亢型高血压患者NO、NOS水平的影响

Influence of Gansuan Huanji Prescription on the Levels of NO and NOS in Hypertensive Patients with Liver Yang Hyperactivity

目的:探讨甘酸缓急组方对肝阳上亢型高血压患者一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平的影响。方法:将132例高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各66例。对照组给予氨氯地平口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用甘酸缓急组方。观察两组患者的中医证候疗效及血压疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、血压以及NO、NOS的变化情况。结果:中医证候疗效:对照组有效率为87.9%,治疗组有效率为100.0%,两组患者中医证候疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血压疗效:对照组有效率为90.91%,治疗组有效率为98.48%,两组患者血压疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组在眩晕、头痛、急躁易怒、口苦、胸闷方面较对照组改善明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),在失眠多梦方面两组改善无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后NO及NOS水平高于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甘酸缓急组方能够调节肝阳上亢型高血压患者内皮细胞功能,改善患者临床症状,进一步降低血压。

Objective：To discuss the influence of Gansuan Huanji Prescription on the levels of NO and NOS in hypertensive patients with liver yang hyperactivity. Methods：Totally 132 hypertensive patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,66 cases in each group. Control group were given oral administration of Amlodipine while treatment group were additionally given Gansuan Huanji Prescription. The TCM symptom scores, hypertention and levels of NO and NOS in both groups were ob- served. Results ：The TCM symptom efficacy ：The effective rate was 87.9% in control group and 100.00% in treatment group;the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Effects on blood pressure ：The effective rate was 90.91% in control group and 98.48% in treatment gr,up;the difference had statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Compared with control group,the symptoms of dizziness,headache, irritability, bitter taste in the mouth and chest stuffiness improved greater than those in control group, with sta- tistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of the improvement of insomnia and dreaminess between the two groups had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of NO and NOS in both groups increased after treatment, and treatment group were superior to control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Gansuan Huanji Prescription can regulate the endothelia cells function of hyper- tensive patients with liver yang hyperactivity,improve the clinical symptoms and further lower the blood pressure.
