肝脂灵合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病30例

Thirty Patients with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Treated with Ganzhiling Mixture

目的:观察肝脂灵合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效。方法:选取2012年5月—2015年10月在本院中医科就诊的非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者58例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。对照组给予护肝片口服治疗,治疗组给予肝脂灵合剂治疗。结果:治疗组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率67.8%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)、血清总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、三酰甘油(three acyl glycerin,TG)水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝脂灵合剂治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病疗效显著,具有改善肝功能、调节血脂作用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Ganzhiling Mixture on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. Meth- ods：Totally 58 patients with NAFLD treated in the Department of Chinese Medicine in this hospital between May 2012 and Octo- ber 2015 were randomized into control group （28 eases） and treatment group （30 cases）, Control group were given Liver-Protec- tion Tablets while treatment group were given Ganzhiling Mixture. Results ：The effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 67.8% in control group ;treatment group were superior to control group （P 〈0.05）. The levels of ALT,TC and TG in treatment group were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Ganzhiling Mixture has significant therapeutic effects on NAFLD,whieh can improve the liver function and regulate the blood lipid.
