中医透药结合穴位脉冲疗法治疗乳腺增生病临床研究

Clinical Research on Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands Treated with Transdermal Drugs of Chinese Medicine Combined with Acupoint Pulse Therapy

目的:观察中医透药结合穴位脉冲疗法治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法:将120例女性乳腺增生病门诊患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予乳癖散结胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中医透药结合穴位脉冲疗法。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分和激素水平[黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)、孕酮(progesterone,P)、促卵泡生成素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)、雌二醇(estradiol,E_2)、睾酮(testosterone,T)及垂体泌乳素(Pituitary prolactin,PRL)]变化情况。结果:治疗组痊愈率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后症状积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后E_2、PR、P、T改善程度优于治疗前,且治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:中医透药结合穴位脉冲疗法治疗乳腺增生病疗效显著,其机制可能是通过调整性腺激素水平发挥作用,不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects and safety of transdermal drugs of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint pulse therapy on hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods： Totally 130 women treated in the Department of Mammary Glands Hy- perplasia were randomized into treatment group and contrul group,60 cases in each group. Control group were given Breast-Lump Dispersing Capsules while treatment group were additionally given transdermal dnxgs of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint pulse therapy. The clinical effects of both .groups were observed. The changes of the levels of LH and P, ESH, E2. T and PRL after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results：The cure rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of the effective rates between the two groups had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of E2 , PR, P and T got improved in both groups after treatment, and treatment group were superior to control group ,with statistical difference （P 〈0.05 ）. There were no obvious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion： Transdermal drugs of Chinese medicine combined with acupoint pulse therapy has significant therapeutic effects on hyperplasia of mammary glands with few adverse effects,whose mechanism may be related to the regulation of the level of gonadal hormone.
