不同节气天灸治疗青年变应性鼻炎临床疗效观察

Observation of the Clinical Effects of Natural Moxibustion on Youth Allergic Rhinitis in Different Solar Terms

目的:观察不同节气天灸治疗青年变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年7月—2015年1月就诊于新疆自治区中医医院针灸科的变应性鼻炎患者78例,于观察末剔除2例,脱落4例,实际统计病例72例,按照随机数字表法分为伏九组、三伏组、三九组,每组24例。三组患者均给予相同的天灸穴位处方,于2014年三伏天、三九天期间进行天灸治疗。结果:伏九组有效率为75.00%,三伏组有效率为62.50%,三九组有效率为58.33%,伏九组优于三伏组、三九组(P<0.05);伏九组治疗后症状、体征评分优于三九组、三伏组(P<0.05);伏九组治疗后生活质量评分优于三九组、三伏组(P<0.05)。结论:三伏天和三九天天灸治疗青年变应性鼻炎均有效,联合使用能够提高临床疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of natural moxibustion on youth allergic rhinitis （AR） in differrant solar terms. Methods：Totally 78 patients with AR treated in the Department of Acupuncture in Xinjiang Autonomous Region Hospital of Chinese medicine between July 2014 and January 2015 were selected. Two cases were eliminated and 4 cases fell off,and the actual statistical eases reached 72 which were randomized into Fujiu group,Sanfu groop and Sanjiu group,24 cases in each group. Three groups were given same acupuncture prescription of natural moxibustion and treated in the hot dog days and the third nine-day period after the winter. Results：The effetive rate was 75.00% in Fujiu group,62.50% in Saofu group and 58.33% in Sanjiu group ; Fujiu group were superiur to Sanfu group and Sanjiu group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatmeut, the scores of symptoms and signs as well as the life quality score in Fujiu group were superior to those in the other two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： In hot dog days and the third nine-day period after the winter,natural muxibustion is effective on AR,and tl^c combination application can enhance the clinical effects.
