腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的效果及预后分析

EFFECTS AND PROGNOSIS OF LAPAROSCOPE IN THE TREATMENT OF GALLBLADDER STONE WITH CHOLECYSTITIS

目的:分析腹腔镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎的效果和预后。方法:116例胆囊结石合并胆囊炎患者根据手术治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,每组58例患者。观察组患者给予腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者给予传统开腹手术治疗。对比两组患者术中、术后相关指标及患者术后生存质量。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及术后止痛药使用率、下床活动时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间较对照组患者明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者社会关系领域、心理领域、生理领域、环境领域、总体感觉及总分和对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗胆囊结石合并胆囊炎效果显著,能够有效提高患者生存质量,改善患者预后。

Objective： To analyze the effects and prognosis of laparoscope in the treatment of gallbladder stone with cholecystitis. Methods： 116 cases of gallbladder stone with cholecystitis patients were divided into observation group and control group with 58 patients in each group according to operation method. The patients in observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery, while the patients in control group were treated with traditional open surgery. The indexes during and after operation, as well as postoperative quality of life of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results： The operation lime, intraoperative blood loss, utilization rate of anodynes, time of leaving bed, bowel sounds recovery tune anti hospital stays of patients in observation group were obviously lower than control group （P〈 0.05）. The field of social relation, psychology, physiology, environment the gemeingefuhl and total score ofpalients in dosetvation group were obviously higher than control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Treating gallbladder stone with cholecystitis with laparoscope has significant effects, it can effectively improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.
