玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿34例分析

摘要 目的:分析玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的效果。方法:67例视网膜中央静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者随机分为A组33例和B组34例,A组行单独激光治疗,B组患者行玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合激光治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后最佳矫正视力和黄斑中心凹厚度。结果:B组总有效率为93.48%(43/46),明显高于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者治疗后的最佳矫正视力明显高于治疗前、黄斑中心凹厚度明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);并且,B组患者治疗后的最佳矫正视力和黄斑中心凹厚度明显优于A组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗联合激光治疗视网膜中央静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿可有效改善患者视力、降低黄斑中心凹厚度,值得推广。 Objective: To analyze the effects ofintravitreal injection ofrauibizumab combined laser for treating macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion. Methods: 67 macular edema secondary to central retinal vein occlusion patients were randomly divided into A group (n=33) and B group (n=34). The patients in A group were treated with laser only; the patients in B group were treated with intravitreal injection ofrauibizumab combined laser. The treatment effects, as well as the best corrected visual acuity and central foveal thickness before and after treatment were compared. Results: The total effective rate orB group was 93.48% (43/46), which was obviously higher than A group (P〈0.05). The best corrected visual acuity ofpatients in B group was obviously higher than that before treatment, the cenWal foveal thickness was obviously lower (P〈0.05). Moreover, the corrected visual acuity and central foveal thickness of patients in B group after treatment were obviously better than A group after treatment (P〈 0.05). Conclusions: Treating macular edema secondary to central ret- inal vein occlusion with intravitreal injection ofranibizumab combined laser can improve the visual acuity and central foveal thickness effectively, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
