摘要
溶菌酶是一种生物酶,可选择性地分解微生物的细胞壁。作为一种天然安全的杀菌剂、防腐剂,溶菌酶在医药、食品行业、饲料工业得以广泛的应用。本文综述了溶菌酶生产工艺中各种分离方法及其进展,对未来溶菌酶的分离纯化进行了展望。
Lysozyme is a kind of biological enzyme,which can selectively decompose cell wall o5 microorganisms. As a kind of natural and safe baltericide and antiseptic, lysozyme is widely used in medicine, food industry and feed industry. In this paper, the separation methods and progress of lysozyme production are reviewed. The separation and purification of lysozyme in the future is prospected.
