摘要 目的评价3.0 T磁共振成像(MRI)单次激发快速自旋回波序列+可变翻转角序列(Fast-3D-MPV)成像序列在神经根型颈椎病诊断中的应用价值。方法连续收集在太原市中心医院影像科进行颈椎病诊断的可疑患者30例者,采用TOSHIBA 3_0 T titan磁共振扫描,扫描序列包括SET1WI、FSET2WI、Fast-3D-MPV。结果 20例Fast-3D-MPV成像显示神经前根显示清晰,23例Fast-3D-MPV成像显示神经后根显示清晰,12例颈椎常规MRI显示神经后根显示,Fast-3D-MPV成像神经干连续、走行自然,Fast-3D-MPV序列的臂丛神经椎管内神经前、后根显示率分别为93.3(28/30),96.6(29/30);Fast-3D-MPV序列与常规MRI序列相比(P<0.05)。结论 Fast-3D-MPV序列可很好地显示椎管内外臂丛神经结构,能对神经根型颈椎病做出准确的定性及定位诊断。 Objective Evaluation 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) Fast-3D-muti-polar-vox (MPV) imaging sequence in the diagnosis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods Continuous collection in the Taiyuan Central Hospital Imaging Department of cervical disease diagnosis of suspicious patients in 30 cases, using Toshibs 3.0T titan MR the scan sequence included SETIWI, FSET2WI, Fast-3D-MPVo Results In 20 cases of Fast-3D- MPV Imaging showed that the anterior root of the nerve showed clear, 23 cases of Fast-3D-MPVimaging showed clear, In 0 cases of conventional MR display of cervical spine, 12 cases of conventional MR display of cervical spine showed that the display rate, line feed and dorsal root of the brachial plexus were 93.3 % (28/30%), fast % (29/30%) respectively. Compared with conventional MRI sequences, the fast-sequence was compared with conventional MRI sequences (P〈0.05). Conclusion Fast-3D-MPV Sequence can well display the structure of brachial plexus of spinal canal, can make accurate qualitative and positioning diagnosis of the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
