摘要
新建CC+AC复合式路面结构设计可借鉴旧水泥路面加铺沥青层结构设计方法,但基于新建复合式路面刚柔界面的复杂特点,增加了将刚柔层间粘结强度和抗剪强度作为计算沥青层厚度与判断混凝土界面层间处治措施是否满足要求的控制指标。针对刚柔界面层不同处治方案和材料类型,提出界面粘结强度和抗剪强度的建议值,并介绍新建CC+AC复合式路面结构设计内容与设计流程。
New CC/AC composite pavement structural design can learn from the old cement pavement asphalt layer structural design method, However, based on the complex characteristics of the new composite pavement and rigid and soft interface,the bonding strength and shear strength between the rigid and soft layers are increased as the control index to calculate the thickness of the asphalt layer and determine whether the concrete interface layer treatment meets the requirements. Targeting at different treatment solutions and material type for rigid and soft interface,this paper gives recommended value for interface bonding strength and shear strength, and introduces structural design content and design procedures of new CC+AC composite pavement.
