摘要
培训管理体系对做好企业培训工作有着重要意义,文章在深入分析集团公司培训工作的不足及问题背后成因的基础上,从培训文化、培训组织、课程体系、师资力量、效果评估等方面系统阐述如何构建系统、合理、规范的企业培训管理体系,旨在解决集团公司培训管理中的问题。
The training management system is of great importance for conducting enterprise training. Based on a deep analysis of the deficiencies and their causes in group corporation training, this paper sets forth the way of building a systematic, reasonable and regulatory training management system from the aspects of training culture, training organization, curriculum system, teaching force, effect evaluation, which is aimed at solving the problems of training management in group corporations.
