电力高职院校图书馆馆员队伍建设与馆员素质提升探讨——以安徽电气工程职业技术学院图书馆为例

Discussion on Ranks Construction and Quality Improvement of Librarians at Electrical Vocational Colleges——Take the Library of Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College as an Example

电力高等职业院校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,为教科研及行业培训提供了强有力的文献信息支撑。与本科院校图书馆相比,高职院校图书馆的规模小,馆藏文献少,馆员队伍参差不齐,难以适应现代高职院校图书馆数字化、信息化、网络化的发展趋势。加强馆员队伍建设,攸关电力高职院校图书馆发展长远大计。文章以安徽电气工程职业技术学院图书馆为例,探讨新形势下通过多种有效方式努力提升馆员队伍综合素质。

As the literature information center, the library provides strong support for the teaching, train- ing and scientific research at electrical vocational colleges. Compared with those at universities, the libraries at vocational colleges are small in both construction scale and size of book collection and the librarian team is mixed, which can hardly adapt to the developing trend towards digitization, informatiza- tion and networking. It is crucial to strengthen the ranks construction in terms of the long-term develop- ment of college libraries. Taking the library of Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College as an example, this paper discusses how to improve the comprehensive quality of the librarians in a variety of effective ways under the new circumstance.
