加用抗菌肽RISE-AP12对放射治疗后口腔溃疡的疗效评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨加用抗菌肽RISE-AP12对放射治疗(简称放疗)后口腔溃疡患者临床疗效、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及细菌内毒素的影响。方法将124例确诊的放疗后口腔溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组患者采用传统方案治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用抗菌肽RISE-AP12。结果观察组患者总有效率为91.94%,显著高于对照组的79.03%(P<0.05);观察组患者口腔疼痛缓解时间为(18.87±8.66)min,口腔溃疡愈合时间为(5.19±2.05)d,分别短于对照组的(31.84±10.12)min和(7.28±3.54)d(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者SOD水平均显著升高,内毒素水平均显著降低,且观察组患者内毒素水平较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗过程中,两组患者均未出现药品相关不良反应。结论抗菌肽RISE-AP12可有效改善放疗后口腔溃疡患者临床症状,促进溃疡愈合,从而提高临床疗效。 Objective To investigate the influence of antibiotic peptide RISE-AP12 on clinical effect,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and endotoxin in patients with oral ulcer after radiotherapy. Methods Totally 124 patients with oral ulcer after radiotherapy were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with traditional therapy,on this basis,the obser-vation group was treated with antibiotic peptide RISE-AP12. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91. 94%, which was significantly higher than 79. 03% of the control group(P 〈 0. 05),the oral pain relief time and the ulcer healing time in the observation group were (18. 87 ± 8. 66)min,(5. 19 ± 2. 05)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than (31. 84 ± 10. 12)min, (7. 28 ± 3. 54)d in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). After treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment,but the endotoxin level decreased significantly,and the endotoxin level in the observation group decreased more signifi-cantly than that in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). There were no drug-related adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Antibiotic peptide RISE-AP12 can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with oral ulcer after radiotherapy, promote ulcer healing and improve clinical efficacy.
