pH响应性纤维素基气凝胶的制备及吸附再生性能 被引量:3

摘要 近几年生物质材料的应用越来越广泛,而纤维素基复合材料的研究也已成为研究者们热门研究的课题。本研究通过将纤维素(CE)与海藻酸钠(SA)复合,以环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为交联剂,成功制备具有pH响应性的CE/SA复合气凝胶;扫描电镜(SEM)观察显示该复合气凝胶具有很好的多孔结构,红外光谱(FT-IR)表征表明纤维素和海藻酸钠交联成功;该复合气凝胶对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附具有很好的pH响应性;当pH值从3.0增加到9.0时,其对MB的去除率从46.04%增加到98.57%;该复合气凝胶具有很好的吸附再生性能,循环吸附10次,对MB的去除率仍保持在95%以上。综上所述,CE/SA复合气凝胶对水中MB的吸附效果显著,能够应用于水中染料污染物废水处理。 In recent years, biomass-based materials have b een used more and more widely. Cellulose is the most abundant renewable resource on the earth and the research of cellulose-based composite materials has also become a hot topic. The pH responsive CE/SA composite aerogel was successfully prepared by compositing cellulose(CE) and sodium alginate(SA), and epichlorohydrin as crosslinking agent. The scanning electron microscope(SEM) demonstrated its porous structure,and the infrared spectrum(FT-IR) testified the product was prepared successfully. The composite aerogel has a good pH response to methylene blue(MB). The removal efficiency of adsorbent increased from 46.04% to 98.57% with the pH value increased from 3.0 to 9.0.In addition, the composite aerogel has good adsorption regeneration performance and the adsorption efficiency of the adsorbent still remains high(95%) during the first ten cycles. In summary, the CE/SA composite aerogels possess a high adsorption efficiency to MB, which can be applied in the treatment of dye wastewater.
