摘要
炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)是一组病因不明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,包括Crohn病(Crohn's disease,CD)和溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC),其临床表现多样,不仅累及肠道,亦可出现多种肠外表现(extraintestinal manifestations,EIMs),易造成误诊误治,及时诊断及合理治疗能够改善患者的病情和生活质量,本文就IBD常见EIMs的诊断和治疗策略进行探讨。
Objective Inflammatory bowel disease（IBD）is a chronic and non-specific inflammatory disease with unknown etiology,which comprises Crohn disease（CD） and ulcerative colitis （UC）. The clinical manifestations of IBD are variable. It predominantly affects the intestinal system, but it is associated with a large number of extraintestinal manifestations （ EIMs）, and this may lead to misdiagnosis or mistreatment. Timely diagnosis and reasonable treatment can improve the patient＇s condition and the quality of life. In this paper,the diagnostic and treatment strategies about EIMs of IBD are discussed.
