见义勇为者权益保护机制研究

见义勇为者在危急时刻挺身而出之后,如何保障其后续权益,成为多年来社会呼吁却始终难解的课题。目前存在的问题主要有见义勇为信息响应渠道单一、致残甚至牺牲的见义勇为者及家属社会保障水平低、见义勇为出现趋利行为、见义勇为者难以管理等,须通过强化政府的责任和服务意识,健全相关法规政策,建立长效化、规范化、高效化见义勇为信息响应机制,完善见义勇为资金保障机制及医疗救助制度等举措以更好地保障见义勇为者权益。
