社会养老服务机构供给侧的影响因素问题研究

随着我国人口老龄化程度加深,社会养老需求空间增大,社会养老已逐渐成为当前社会发展的趋势,但目前我国社会养老服务机构同时存在总量不足和供需错位的严重问题,供给侧矛盾突出,发展受限。文章基于供给侧改革理论和社会养老服务机构发展现状,从制度、机构、市场和社会四个因素入手,围绕社会养老服务机构供给侧的影响因素问题进行深入剖析,针对制度界定、监管机制、医养结合和转变社会观念上提出相应对策,促进社会养老服务机构良性发展。

Abstract： With the acceleration of aging population and elderly care service requirements in China, the development of the civil non-profit nursing facility has become a necessary trend. But now there are total shortage and supply and demand dislocation in the civil non-profit nursing facility. There＇re still remain some problems in supply-side problems and development. Therefore the paper is based on supply-side theory-oriented research and objective truth of the civil non-profit nursing facility in China.Through system, facility, market and sociality to analyze the impact of influencing factors.Focuses on the normativity of the civil non-profit nursing facility, the mechanisms of supervision, the integration of medical care service sociality. Offering counterstrategies in civil non-profit nursing facility. and elderly care service, changing the ideas of order to promote the benign development of the
