利用荧光染料修饰改性的氧化铝纳米颗粒悬浮液的显现技术研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的荧光染料化学包覆改性的纳米氧化铝的合成及显现方法。方法利用合成的荧光包覆的改性纳米氧化铝悬浮液显现潜在指纹,对荧光染料化学包覆改性的纳米氧化铝进行傅立叶变换红外光谱分析,以及对显现的潜在指纹进行FS-C徕卡显微镜显现效果比较。结果荧光包覆的改性纳米氧化铝颗粒表面键合了新型功能团,与潜指纹中微量物质具有靶向吸附作用。结论荧光纳米氧化铝悬浮液显出的指纹纹线清晰、连贯,背景和小犁沟均不着色,反差效果明显,在法庭科学领域有很好的应用前景。 Objective To synthesize a suspension liquid of modified Al2O3 nanoparticles coated with fluorescent dye, and study its application in the latent fingerprint development. Method The change of surface functional groups of Al2O3 nanoparticles was measured by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy. The development of latent fingerprint on ceramic, glass, aluminum foil, plastic, algam using the suspension liquid of modified particles coated with fluorescent dye was obtained and compared. Results The surface of modified Al2O3 nanoparticles coated with fluorescent dye was bounded by new type of functional group that has the target adsorption effect on the trace substance in the latent fingerprint. Conclusion Fingerprint ridges developed by the suspension liquid are clear and coherent. The background and small furrows of latent fingerprint are not stained. The suspension liquid of modified Al2O3 nanoparticles coated with fluorescent dye is stable and suitable for forensic practice.
