摘要
针对整车加速工况下的轰鸣噪声,首先采用阶次分析方法确定了轰鸣噪声对应的发动机阶次和转速区间,然后针对副车架结构进行模态试验,基于模态分析结果提出副车架结构改进方案并进行验证,结果表明改进副车架后车内加速轰鸣噪声得以优化。这对于整车轰鸣噪声问题的优化解决具有一定参考价值。
Aimed at booming noise under accelerating condition, firstly the paper identifies the engine order corresponding with booming noise and rotational speed range by using order analysis method. Then an analysis of modal test to the sub - frame is made. Based on modal analysis results, the improvement scheme of sub - frame structure is completed and validated and the result indicates interior booming noise is optimized after the sub - frame is improved. This result has certain reference value for the optimization and resolution of vehicle booming noise.
