基于个案管理的个性化随访对乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者生活质量和身体意象的影响

The effect of individualized follow-up on quality of life and body image for patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer operation

目的探讨基于个案管理的个性化随访对乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者生活质量和身体意向的影响,为乳腺癌个案管理工作奠定基础。方法抽取湖南省肿瘤医院乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者166例作为研究对象,实施个性化随访指导,比较术前和术后6个月患者身体意象、生存质量和性调节的评分。结果术后患者生存质量和身体意象、性调节明显改善,生存质量测定(t=-23.422,P<0.013)、身体意象评分(t=-88.365,P<0.01)、性调节评分(t=-10.798,P<0.01)差异均有统计学意义。结论基于个案管理的个性化随访提高了乳腺癌术后乳房重建患者的生活质量、身体意像和性调节水平,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of case management based personalized followup for quality of life and body image for patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer operation, and to provide the groundwork for breast cancer case management work. Methods 166patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer in Hunan provincial tumor hospital was selected as the research object, the personalized follow-up guidance was implemented.The patients＇ body image, quality of life scores and sex adjust before intervention and 6 months after intervention was measured and compared. Results The patients quality of life and body image, sex adjust after the intervention was obviously improved.There was significant difference in the quality of life measurement（t=-23.422,P〈O.013）,body image scores（t=-88.365 , P〈O.01） and sexual adjust score（t=10.798,P〈O. 01）.Conclusion The quality of life, body image for patients with breast reconstruction after breast cancer operation, sexual adjust level was im-proved by based individualized follow-up. It is worth promoting.
