摘要
患者男,28岁。面部皮肤褶皱、增厚,双手足皮肤增厚、指趾增粗,双踝肿胀16余年。皮损组织病理示:阿申蓝染色(+)。双胫腓X片:双侧胫腓骨增生性厚皮症。诊断:骨膜增生厚皮症。
A 28-year-old male had folded and thickened facial skin, thickened skin on the hands and feet, thickened fingers and toes, and swollen ankles for 16 years.Alcian blue staining was positive. X-ray of both tibia and fibula showed periostosis. The final diagnosis was pachydermoperiostosis.
