头皮细胞型蓝痣1例

A Case of Cellular Blue Nevus on the Scalp

患者女,41岁。发现头顶黑色增生物10年。皮肤科情况:头顶近枕部可见一圆形黑褐色增生物,大小为14mm×12mm,边界清晰。无触痛,无出血,无溃疡,基底部无明显红斑水肿渗出。皮损组织病理示:表皮正常,真皮中深层可见大量类圆形或不规则噬黑素细胞,真皮全层可见大量梭形黑素细胞,未见核分裂像或细胞异型性。临床结合病理诊断为头皮细胞型蓝痣。

A 41-year-old female had a 10-year history of a black neoplasm on the scalp. Physical examination revealed a 14mm×12mm round black neoplasm with clear boundary on the scalp near the occiput posterior. No tenderness,bleeding and ulceration were found. The base of the neoplasm had no erythema,edema or exudation. Histopathological examination showed normal epidermis,abundant round or irregular shaped melanophages in the middle-deep layer of the dermis. Abundant spindle shaped melanocytes were found in the whole dermis. There were no mitotic or atypical cells. According to the clinical manifestations and histopathological findings,a diagnosis of cellular blue nevus was made.
