红色阴囊综合征1例

Red Scrotum Syndrome:A Case Report

患者男,81岁。阴囊红斑、瘙痒、灼痛2个月就诊。在外院予糖皮质激素软膏、抗真菌药物治疗未见好转。皮肤科情况:阴囊暗红斑,边界较清,无明显脱屑及其他改变。皮损组织病理示:表皮基本正常,真皮浅层毛细血管扩张明显,血管周围少量炎细胞浸润。诊断:红色阴囊综合征。治疗予以普瑞巴林75mg,2次/d口服,2周后红斑灼痛基本消退,随访2个月未复发。

A 81-year-old male presented with two-month history of erythema, itching and burning sensation on the bilateral inguinal regions and scrotum. Treatments with topical corticosteroids and antimycotics did not improve the lesion.Dermatological examination revealed well-demarcated erythema on the bilateral inguinal regions and scrotum without noticeable scaling or other abnormalities. Biopsy of the lesion showed normal epidermis,remarkable superficial telangiectasias and perivascular infiltration of inflammatory cells. A diagnosis of red scrotum syndrome was made. Erythema and burning sensation almost completely disappeared after two-week treatment with pregabalin 75mg twice daily. No recurrence occurred during the period of two-month follow-up.
