寻常疣合并乳头状汗管囊腺瘤1例

A Case of Verruca Vulgaris Associated with Syringocystadenoma Papilliferum

患者女,41岁。左侧额部疣状丘疹40余年。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,疣状增生,颗粒层、棘层明显增厚,颗粒层及棘层上部可见大量挖空细胞;切片中央见由数个囊样凹陷衬以复层上皮,腺腔及绒毛状突起由两层细胞构成,内层为高柱状细胞,核卵圆形,胞浆嗜碱性,外层为小立方细胞,核圆,胞浆少,基质中有大量浆细胞浸润。诊断为寻常疣合并乳头状汗管囊腺瘤。

A 41-year-old female presented with verrucous papules on the left forehead for more than 40 years. Histopathological examination revealed epidermal hyperkeratosis, verrucous hyperplasia, thickened granular and spinous layers, and koilocytes in the granular and upper spinous layers. There were a number of duct-like structures and cystic spaces lined by two layers of epithelial cells.Lumen and papillary projections consisted of inner layer of tall columnar epithelial cells and outer layer of small cuboidal cells. The tall columnar epithelial cells exhibited basophilic cytoplasm and ovoid-shaped nucleus while small cuboidal cells had round nucleus and little cytoplasm. Plasmacytic infiltration was evident in the matrix. Patient was diagnosed asverruca vulgariswith syringocystadenoma papilliferum.
