Research Progress of Dezocine Combined with Ropivacaine Used in Peripheral Nerve Block

随着外周神经的阿片类受体研究的深入,为阿片类药物复合局部麻醉药用于周围神经阻滞提供了新的方向。地佐辛复合罗哌卡因应用于外周神经阻滞,协同作用可使罗哌卡因的镇痛作用时间明显延长。该文就地佐辛复合罗哌卡因应用于外周神经阻滞的药效学、药代动力学、临床应用效果、作用机制、不良反应等方面作一探讨。

Along with the research of opioid receptors in the peripheral nerve,it provides a new direction for the use of opioid drugs in the treatment of peripheral nerve block. Dezocine combined with Ropivacaine used in peripheral nerve block,synergistic effect can make the analgesic effect of ropivacaine significantly prolonged the time. This paper investigate the pharmacodynamics,pharmacokinetics,mechanism of action,clinical effect and adverse reaction of Ropivacaine combined with Dezocine used in peripheral nerve block.
