海藻多糖空心胶囊中重金属含量测定方法研究

摘要 目的建立海藻多糖空心胶囊中重金属含量测定方法。方法采用微波消解法对海藻多糖空心胶囊样品进行前处理,分别采用石墨炉原子吸收法和电感耦合等离子体-质谱(ICP-MS)法测定海藻多糖空心胶囊中铜、铬、镍、铅和镉等重金属元素的含量。结果 2种方法测定结果基本一致,3批样品均测出含有铜、铬、镍、铅和镉,且2种方法的重复性和回收率良好。结论 2种方法准确可靠,均能用于海藻多糖空心胶囊中铜、铬、镍、铅和镉等重金属元素的含量测定,为海藻多糖空心胶囊的质量控制提供依据。 Objective To establish a method for the content determination of heavy metal in Carrageenan Vacant Capsules. Methods The sample of Carrageenan Vacant Capsules was pretreated by microwave digestion. The content of Cu, Cr, Ni, Pb and Cd were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and ICP-MS, respectively. Results The results of two methods were nearly the same. Cu,Cr,Ni,Pb and Cd were detected in three lots of Carrageenan Vacant Capsules. The two methods showed good reproducibility and accuracy. Conclusion The two methods can be used to determine the content of Cu,Cr,Ni,Pb and Cd in Carrageenan Vacant Capsules and control the quality.
