摘要
目前在我国大型复杂项目的建设中,普遍存在因前期决策失当造成资源浪费的现象,为此有必要展开大型复杂项目的建筑策划研究,探索以"群决策"理论与技术为支撑的大型复杂项目建筑策划。通过该研究的开展,在我国初步建立大型复杂项目建筑策划"群决策"模型,优化建筑策划决策方法,从而减少大型复杂项目因前期决策的偏好集权与非理性失误造成的返工、拆建和建成效益达不到预期等资源浪费现象,促进建筑策划领域的科学化与量化研究。
The phenomenon of resources waste caused by the misconduct in early decision is ubiquitous in our country's current large complex project construction. So it is necessary to carry out the research of large complex projects' architectural programming, which is supported by the theories and technologies of "Group decision making". Through this research, the "Group decision making" model of large complex projects' architectural programming will optimize the method of architectural programming decision-making, it helps to reduce the phenomenon of resources waste, such as reworking, demolition and reconstruction and failing to achieve the expected benefits, etc. And it will promote scientific and quantitative researches in the field of architectural programming.
