上海工业遗产再利用为后工业景观浅析

Shanghai Industrial Heritage Reuse for Post-Industrial Landscape

工业遗产再利用是城市更新重要的组成部分之一,而将工业遗产再利用作为后工业景观的设计方法是实现更新改造的一种手段。笔者以上海地区具有工业遗存的公共休闲空间为例,包括徐家汇公园、红坊雕塑公园、上海后工业景观公园、老白渡滨江绿地、徐汇滨江绿地、智力公园、后滩公园、白莲泾公园等10处案例,研究分析上海地区后工业景观的发展特点,进而总结工业景观改造的一般经验。该文旨在丰富上海后工业景观改造保护和再利用的理论支撑。

Industrial heritage＇s reuse is one of important component of urban renewal, and it is also a method to realize the renovation and transformation that turning industrial heritage into post-industrial landscape. Taking ten cases of Shanghai area industrial heritage which are reused for public recreation space as examples, which includes Xujiahui Park, Shanghai Red Town, Shanghai Post-industrial Landscape Park, Laobaidu Riverside green space, Xuhui Riverside green space, and Intelligence Park, Houtan Park, Bailianjing Park and so on, we analyze the features of Shanghai post-industrial landscape＇s development. Then we summarize general experience of industrial landscape＇s renovation. The aim is to rich the theoretical support for the protection and reuse of Shanghai post-industrial landscape.
