家庭医生签约服务模式对高血压患者管理效果分析

The Effect Analysis of Family Doctor Contract Management Service Mode on Hypertensive Patients

目的:分析家庭医生签约服务模式对高血压患者管理的效果。方法:选取签订家庭医生服务协议的高血压患者共100人作为观察组,接受家庭医生签约服务管理,另选取未签约患者100人作为对照组,按国家基本公共卫生服务规范进行管理。观察1年后两组患者的血压、空腹血糖、血脂的变化情况。结果:在接受签约管理一年后对照组患者的收缩压、舒张压优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而血糖、血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖以及血脂指标明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者实施家庭医生签约服务模式管理可有效控制患者的血压以及相关因素,其效果显著。

Objective： To analysis the effect of family doctor contract management service mode on hypertensive patients. Methods： A total of 100 patients with hypertension in Health Service Center of Sha Yuan Street community in Haizhuqu District of Guangzhou City,who signed the family doctor service agreement were selected as the observation group,while the unsigned 100 patients were selected as the control group,who were served according to the National Basic Public Health Service Standard. After one year,the changes of blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid were observed in two groups. Results： After one year intervention,systolic pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid index of the observation group were better than before. There was statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; After one year intervention,blood pressure,diastolic pressure observation of the control group were better than those before intervention,the significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. But There were no statistically significant difference,comparing with blood glucose,blood lipid index（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The effect of family doctor contract management service mode on hypertensive patients is observable to control the blood pressure and related factors of the patients with hypertension.
