摘要
俄罗斯对金砖国家赋予了很高的外交期许,因此在实践中做出了推动金砖国家合作的多方面努力。在各成员国的共同努力下,金砖国家在改变全球治理体系的不公平性方面发挥了较大的作用,取得了一定的成效。俄罗斯对于金砖国家机制发展中存在的问题有较深的认识,加上它有切身的体会,因此把金砖国家作为外交工作的重点。俄罗斯在金砖国家发展中将继续以经济领域为重点,关注能源领域的合作,积极推动金砖国家合作机制化,扩大政治议题范围,加强在联合国等机制中的协调。金砖其他成员国对于俄罗斯的多数政策主张保持认同,这将使金砖国家呈现出相应的发展趋势。
Russia has given high diplomatic expectations to the BRICS and made efforts to promote cooperation among the BRICS countries.The joint efforts of member states of the BRICS have played a major role in changing the unfairness of the global governance system and achieved certain results.Deeply understanding the problems existing in the development mechanism of it has made the BRICS as one of Russian diplomatic priorities.Russia will continue focusing on cooperation of the BRICS in the economic fields,energy cooperation in particular,expanding the scope of political issues,and strengthening the coordination in the UN.The BRICS countries have agreed with most of Russia’s policy propositions
