摘要
某6挡手动变速箱在主观评估时发现,3挡存在静态换挡顿挫明显的问题。通过同步器台架试验、ADAMS仿真分析及变速箱静态换挡台架测试进行分析对比,发现同步器自身换挡力曲线和换挡机构换挡力曲线的峰值位置间隔较远,导致静态换挡存在顿挫感。通过调整换挡塔凸轮型线并与同步器静态换挡力曲线进行理论设计组合,可获得不同的换挡手感,为后续的动态换挡力研究奠定理论分析基础。
The driver has obvious unsmooth feeling in the 3rd gear static shift in shift performance evaluation for 6-speed manual gearbox. It is found that the distance between the peak of synchronizer shift curve and peak of shift mechanism shift curve is far through the comparison in rig test of synchronizer, ADAMS simulation and rig test of transmission static shift, resulting in unsmooth feeling in the 3rd gear static shift. The shifting comfort is felt by adjusting the cam profile of shift console and redesigning the shift curve, providing the foundation for the following dynamic shift performance analysis.
