摘要 为了考察低黏度机油SN 0W-20对某4缸发动机性能的影响,分别从整车排放、燃油经济性及整机可靠性方面进行研究。整车排放和燃油经济性通过整车NEDC循环试验进行评价,采用SN 0W-20机油的整车排放结果可以达到国V排放法规限值要求;在节油方面有优势,整车油耗减少了1.67%。通过对比整机可靠性试验前后功率、油耗、主油道压力及机油与燃油消耗比这些基本性能指标及主要零件磨损,得出SN 0W-20机油可以满足整机可靠性要求。结果表明,SN 0W-20机油能够满足该4缸发动机的使用要求。 In order to study the effect of SN 0W-20 low viscosity oil on the performance of a 4-cylinder engine, this paper introduces the influence from the aspects of the vehicle emission, fuel economy and engine reliability respectively. Vehicle emission and fuel economy are evaluated through NEDC test, vehicle emission results can meet China national V emission regulation limits using of SN 0W-20 low viscosity oil, which has an advantage on fuel-saving, and vehicle fuel consumption is reduced by 1.67%. The reliability test of four-cylinder engine shows that SN 0W-20 low viscosity oil can meet the reliability requirements of the engine by comparing the basic performance such as power, fuel consumption, main oil pressure and ratio of oil and fuel consumption before and after the test. The results show that SN 0W-20 oil can meet the requirements of fourcylinder engine.
