为了解决电喷发动机在使用过程中启动困难的问题,该文通过对某款车型发动机热车后启动困难的故障分析,对该车进行了常规及深入的检测与分析,最终确定故障原因为喷油嘴油针卡死形成渗油而造成发动机难以启动,快速、准确地排除了启动故障,为实车启动故障的诊断和排除提供了可借鉴的分析和检测方法。

In order to solve the problem that EFI engine is difficult to start in the working conditions, this paper analyzes hard hot start of engine when the vehicle is in the running state. It is found that the engine is difficult to start due to the injection nozzle pin blocked to cause the oil leakage through the inspection. Quickly and accurately removing hard start will provide the reference for the diagnosis and removal when the engine starts.
