淡黄花百合株高可溶性蛋白和叶绿素含量变化规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过测定淡黄花百合生长过程中的株高变化、叶片中可溶性蛋白质含量和叶绿素含量变化来了解淡黄花百合的生长特征。结果表明:淡黄花百合的生长过程可以分为三个阶段,即纯营养生长的快速生长阶段、营养生长与花蕾生长发育同时进行的缓慢生长阶段和花卉开放及果实发育的株高停止生长阶段。三个不同生长阶段中叶绿素含量变化不明显,可溶性蛋白质含量从第一到第二阶段升高明显,在第二阶段的开花期达到最高,在第三阶段极显著下降,说明可溶性蛋白质与植株的形态建成有密切关系。可以用植株高度的变化及可溶性蛋白质含量变化的程度作为判断淡黄花百合不同生长发育阶段的指标。 The plant height, the contents of soluble protein and chlorophyll content in leaves are changed to understand the changing rule of the growth process of Lilium sulphureum Baker.The results show that the growth process of Lilium sulphureum Baker could be divided into three stages, that is, the rapid growth stage, the slow growth stage and the growth stage of fl ower opening and fruit development. The content change of chlorophyll in the three different growth stages is not obvious, while the content of soluble protein increase from the fi rst to second, the highest in the second stage, and decrease signifi cantly in the third stage, which show that the soluble protein is closely related to the formation of the plant. It can be used to determine the changes of plant height and the content of soluble protein in different stages of growth and development.
