建设文山州内自主电网的思考

根据电力体制改革精神,针对文山州用电企业用电成本较高实际,为破解全州电力供应难题,提升全州电力保障能力及水平,在借鉴国内建立区域性自主电网成功经验的基础上,建议整合州内发电资源,充分发挥文山水电资源优势和现有产业基础的作用,以促进区域产业发展为目标,将区域内的发电用电企业联为一体,成立区域电网运营管理公司,负责区域内电网建设、维护及管理,实现区域性自主电网。
