文山学院体育教育专业学生就业现状调查研究

近年来,我国每年大学生毕业人数剧增,巨大的就业军团涌入市场,造成了就业难的局面。体育教育专业学生同样也面临着巨大的就业竞争压力。通过问卷调查、访谈等研究方法了解文山学院体育教育专业大学生就业现状,得出毕业生自我认识不清、就业观念陈旧、人才培养方案改革无法与市场需求同步等是影响的主要原因,针对这些问题提出有效建议,以期能为文山学院体育教育专业大学生未来就业提供帮助。

In recent years, the number of college graduates in China has been increasing rapidly, and the huge number of workers has flooded into the market, creating a difficult situation. Sports education students also face fierce competition for jobs. Through questionnaires, interviews and other research methods the paper understands Wenshan college sports education professional college students＇ employment situation. The main reasons of the infl uence of these problems are that graduates self-awareness is not clear, there exist the old concepts in employment, the talent training scheme reform can＇t keep pace with the market demand. The paper puts forward effective Suggestions hoping to provide help for education professional students in Wenshan university in the future employment.
