This paper carried out in-depth study and analysis of ways for improving precision of measurement in coal mines in or- der to avoid errors in measurement, comprehensively improve the level of measurement and promote the smooth running of min- ing work. This paper described the practical significance of coal mine measurement, carried out the related research of the measuring methods, and pointed out and analyzed the effective strategies to improve the measurement precision of coal mines.
