摘要
煤矿生产环境十分恶劣,在煤矿生产过程中,刮板输送机经常出现一些故障而需要停机检修,这样严重影响了煤矿的生产效率。基于此,通过对刮板输送机常见故障进行分析、研究,针对具体故障提出了有效的预防措施,以期望可更好地提高煤矿的生产效率和采矿安全。
The production environment in coal mines is very bad and the scraper conveyor is often stopped due to some failures in the process of coal mine production, which seriously affect the production efficiency of coal mines. In this regard, this paper carried out analysis and research of the common faults in the scraper conveyer, and put forward effective preventive measures for the specific faults, which hoped to better improve the production efficiency and mining safety in coal mines.
