摘要
排烟余热在热力系统中的利用方式之一是设置前置式空气预热器,而这种设计会导致使用前置式空气预热器比使用原空气预热器排烟温度高,使排烟余热利用效率下降。针对此问题提出了一种设置旁路烟气冷却器的优化热力系统,结合四川省600 MW机组锅炉空气预热器,进行了烟气余热热力系统的设计。该设计可大幅度地节约煤耗,降低排放。
One way of exhaust heat utilization in thermal system is to set up preposed air preheater which will result in highter te- mperature in exhaust of the preposed air preheater than that of the original air preheater, decreasing the efficiency of waste heat utilization. In this regard, this paper put forward an optimization thermal system by setting bypass flue gas cooler. Combined with the 600 MW unit, this paper carried out the design of exhaust heat thermal system, which can greatly save coal consumption and reduce emissions.
