浅谈瓦斯抽采钻孔除尘技术及装置

Introduction to Dust Removal Technology and Device for Drilling in Gas Extraction

瓦斯抽采以煤层钻孔为前提,钻孔过程中会产生大量矿尘,不仅会极大地影响环境,同时也危害着工作人员的身体健康。为了有效解决此类问题,需在钻孔过程中采用除尘装置进行除尘处理。从中国的瓦斯抽采钻孔除尘技术及装置现状出发,介绍了几种常见的除尘装置,并提出了一种新型除尘装置。

Coal seam drilling is the premise of gas extraction, and a large amount of mineral dust will be produced in the process of drilling which greatly affects the environment and threatens the health of workers. To effectively solve the problems, dust removal device is needed to realize dust removal in the process of drilling. This paper introduced several kinds of common dust removal devices, and put forward a new type of dust removal device from the status quo of dust removal technology and device for drilling in gas extraction in China.
