Mining technology will be influenced by many factors which aftect mining satety in the practical applmatlon oI me technology. The improvement of mining efficiency and the safety of mining could be ensured only if great importance was given to coal mine safety with the continuous optimization and upgrading of mining technology. This paper described the types of coal mining technology, analyzed the problems existed in the practical application of coal mining technology, and put forward the strategies to ensure safety in coal mines and promote the development of mining technology.
