摘要
国企薪酬制度一直备受关注,作为国企一名员工,在了解国企薪酬制度的基础上,结合对自身工作的体会,首先分析了薪酬管理的几个影响因素,对比国有企业中薪酬管理普遍存在的问题,提出了新形势下改善国有企业薪酬管理的对策。
The salary system of state-owned enterprises has been paid close attention to all the time, as the employees in state-owned enterprise, based on the understanding of state-owned enterprises salary system, combined with the experience of their own work, the author firstly analyzes the influence factors of salary management, compared with the common problems in salary management of state-owned enterprises, puts forward the countermeasures to improve the salary management of state-owned enterprises under the new situation.
