随着时代的发展以及社会主义市场经济的持续发展,企业的生存和发展面临更大的挑战,而企业的管理方式是影响其生存发展的重要因素。而采油厂作为国家重要的经济企业,其管理方式更复杂。鉴于此,论文对采油厂经营管理中的问题以及精细化管理的相关内容进行分析,并对其在采油厂经营管理中的实施提出一些意见,旨在完善采油厂的经营管理。

With the development of the times and the sustained development of the socialist market economy, the survival and development of enterprises are faced with greater challenges, and the management style of enterprises is an important factor affecting their survival and development. As an important economic enterprise, the management system ofoil production plant is more complicated. In view of this, this paper makes an analysis on the problems in the management ofoil production plant and the related content of fine management, and puts forward some suggestions on the operation and management in oil production plant, to improve the management o foil production plant.
