基于双边市场理论的专业市场与电子商务融合路径研究——以义乌国际小商品城为例

摘要 义乌只有大力发展电子商务,寻求线上线下市场的有机融合、优势互补,才能在未来形成新的竞争优势。论文基于双边市场理论提出以服务采购商作为专业市场电子商务发展的核心,提供具有"吸引力"的货物,建设具有"吸引力"的市场,打造具有"推动力"的政府。 Only by vigorously developing e-commerce and seeking the organic integration and complementary advantages of online and offline market, can Yiwu form new competitive advantages in future. Based on two-sided market theory, the paper puts forward that servicing purchaser is the core of the professional market ore-commerce development, and provides more attractive goods, constructs more attractive market, and builds apowerful government.
