2017年是实施"十三五"深化医疗卫生体制改革规划的重要一年,是形成较为系统的基本医疗卫生制度框架、完成医改阶段性目标任务的关键一年。医改重点工作主要围绕基本建立分级诊疗、现代医院管理、全民医保、药品供应保障、综合监管等5项基本医疗卫生制度框架开展,这就对医务人员的思想观念、道德准则和价值取向提出了更高的要求,也对做好医院思想政治工作提出了新的挑战。

The focus of health care reform are mainly around the basic establishment of grading clinics, modem hospital management, medical insurance, drug supply, comprehensive supervision 5 basic health care systems. This puts forward higher requirements of ethics end value orientation on medical staffs ideas, also puts forward a new challenge to do ideological and political work in the hospital.
