在新时期医院工作的开展过程中,档案管理是日常工作的重要组成部分,受到越来越多的关注。医院档案记录是在医疗工作长期开展过程中所形成的,不仅包括医院内部行政资料,同时还有患者的病历资料,所以医院做好档案管理工作十分有必要。在这样的背景之下,论文对医院档案管理工作当中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了几点针对性的解决措施。

During the development of hospital work in the new era, archives management is an important component of daily work and attracts more and more attention. Hospital records are formed during the long-term development of medical work, including not only the internal administrative data of the hospital, but also the patient＇s medical records, so it is necessary for the hospital to do a good job in the archives management. In this context, the paper analyzes the problems existing in the hospital archives management, and puts forward some targeted solutions.
