2016年10月10日至11日全国国有企业党的建设工作会议在北京召开,中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平出席会议并发表重要讲话,强调要通过加强和完善党对国有企业的领导,加强和改进国有企业党的建设。习总书记的讲话要求国有企业党的建设工作在总结经验、分析问题的基础上,要进一步强化党对国有企业的领导,强化国有企业党的建设。论文结合绿水洞煤矿党的建设工作开展情况分析,强调党建工作对煤矿安全生产的重要作用。
