医院的设备和管理要求不断提高,绿色医院以及智能化管理的呼声也不断提高。另一方面,互联网+和BIM(建筑信息模型)已经成了各行业转型发展的重要战略。BIM为医院运营维护阶段的管理提供了技术和平台上的支撑,其主要应用于设备管理、空间管理、隐蔽工程管理、应急管理以及节能减排。论文提出了BIM在医院运维管理应用的注意事项,即早期加入、获取政府支持和制定统一的标准。

The requirements of hospital equipment and management are continuously improved, and the green and intelligent hospital are highly needed. On the other hand, ＂Intemet ＋＂ and BIM （Building Information Model） have become an important strategy for the transformation and development for all industries. BIM provides technologies and platforms support for hospita/management in the stage of operatiun and maintenance, which is mainly used in the equipment management, space management, hidden engineering management, emergency management, and energy conservation and emissions reduction. This paper also puts forward the attention of BIM applied in hospital operation and maintenance management, is early entry, obtaining government support and setting up a unified standard.
