ACSW-SGC相似材料单轴压裂声发射特性研究 被引量:2

The acoustic emission characteristics of the uniaxial fracture in the similar material of ACSW-SGC

摘要 为了对相似材料的声发射特性进行研究,选取沙子作为骨料,水泥及淀粉作为胶结剂,水为溶剂来制作ACSW-SGC(Amylum淀粉,Cement水泥,Sand沙子,Water水,Solid固体,Gas气体,Couple耦合)相似材料,利用YYW-II及声发射测试仪对ACSW-SGC相似材料试件单轴压裂过程的声发射特性开展研究。结果表明:声发射能量释放与试件压缩过程中裂隙发育之间存在着密切的联系,经历了储存能量阶段、弹性能释放阶段、破裂能量释放阶段、二次破裂能释放阶段及能量平衡阶段;相似材料主裂隙产生在骨胶比由1∶10~1∶50过程中随淀粉含量的不断增大,其释放能量的平均变化率为5.85%~9.83%,而淀粉含量为0~50 g时随着骨胶比的不断变大,其释放能量的平均变化率为-5.92%^-3.78%;试件主裂隙产生释放的能量随着试件抗压强度的不断增大而变大,而且变化同步性较好。为深入开展采动覆岩破断与瓦斯运移的"固-气"耦合物理相似模拟实验提供了测试基础。 To study the acoustic emission characteristics of similar materials,sand was chosen as the aggregate with cement and amylum as adhesive and water as solvent to make the similar material of ACSW-SGC(A for Amylum,C for Cement,S for Sand,W for Water,S for Solid,G for Gas,and C for Couple).The acoustic emission characteristics of the uniaxial fracture in the similar material of ACSW-SGC were studied with the YYW-II type of automatic without side limit pressure gauge and AE tester.The experiment results have shown that there is a close relationship between acoustic emission energy release and fracture development during uniaxial fracture;the acoustic emission energy release can be divided into five phases:the phase of energy storage,the stage of flexible energy release,the stage of broken energy release,the stage of repeated broken energy release,and the stage of energy balance.The main fracture rifts appear with bone and glue ratio ranges from 1∶10 to 1∶50,and the average change rate of energy release from similar material ranges from 5.85% to 9.83% with the increase of amylum contents.The average change rate of the energy release ranges from-5.92% to-3.78% with the increase of bone and glue ratio and amylum content from 0 to 50 g.The energy release caused by main fracture in the sample increases with its compressive strength,which shows a good synchronism.The research will provide test foundation for the solid-gas coupling physical simulation experiments of the overburden strata breakage and gas transportation.
