摘要
通过调查广西与东盟国家贸易增长迅速、陆路贸易占主导、与越南的贸易一枝独秀、各陆路口岸建设加速、通关便利化进一步完善等现状,分析广西与东盟国家陆路贸易中存在贸易国别的极不平衡性、进出口商品以低附加值为主、交通基础设施薄弱、东盟各国交通标准不统一、通关时间过长等问题,提出保持与越南良好合作的基础上,加强与其他东盟国家的贸易往来、发展广西进出口市场的多元化、加强交通基础设施建设、加强陆路口岸配套设施建设、优化陆路口岸通关管理体制、推进电子口岸建设以及鼓励与东盟各国海关进行合作的建议,为进一步促进广西与东盟陆路贸易的健康发展提供参考。
In this paper, we examined the current status of the land route trade between Guangxi and the ASEAN countries, including its rapid growth, the predominance with the land route trade and the trade with Vietnam, the increasingly quicker construction of the land route entry ports, and improved facility with customs clearance, etc., analyzed the problems existing therein, such as the extreme imbalance between trade with individual countries, most import/export commodities being low in value added, poor transport infrastructure, non- conforming transport standards among the ASEAN countries, and prolonged customs clearance time, etc., and at the end proposed a series of suggestions to promote the healthy development of the land route trade between Guangxi and the ASEAN countries.
